Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I sold my boat for $23K..$5K down on 3/6/11....
No payments since. As of 5/31/11 $7K is in arrears....
I maintain title and have an executed note...
I would like to either get paid...or foreclose and take back the boat!!
I know I can simply file in circuit court....
Would an attorney letter first be advisable??
Advise please.
Thank you

You are wasting your time unless you secure litigation counsel. You can find an appropriate skilled attorney in the field of commercial litigation under the law Guru attorney lists. Good luck
