Today one of my former employees called asking for her W2 form.The new owner bought the corporation not just the assets of the business.We had used a payroll service to handel the weekly payroll. The new owner discontuinied this service after the closing...Question ...Is is his responsibility to get the year end reports and distribute the w2s
