Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I sold a landscaping business and have a non compete agreement in place. My son is wanting to start the same type of business, can this be considered a breach? My son is 28 years old and he dose not live with me. Also, he wasn't part of my business nor is he mentioned in the aggrement.

Without reading the agreement it is difficult to answer. If you are not involved, it is doubtful.
