Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I sold some machines to a company i no longer for $10000.00
I have recieved to date $2500.00 and now am getting the run around.
I'm worried they may be closing down. What are my options?
Thanks

You can file suit. Depending on your agreement, attorney's fees may also be awarded to you but only if you actually hire an attorney to collect. This will give most attorney's an incentive to take you case on at a reduced fee or even on contingency.
