Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I have one sole proprietorship business and will be opening another sole proprietorship. Can I use the same EIN for both or do I need to get a separate EIN?

You do not need a separate EIN however it’s probably better that you do. There’s no right or wrong answer my experience says having separate EIN numbers will be helpful.
