Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
how do I start a case against my property renter who used my money to purchase moter vehicles for me, sends me fake title, uses a shipping company without paperwork and after 5 months he still can not produce vehicles, proper shipping documents with contact person. He has emailed me letters and other things but nothing can be traced. I am out of the country and would appreciate your advice and how to pursue regaining my money back.

Retain counsel where your renter is, who is familiar with litigation and collection.
ESPECIALLY if you are out of the country, you need a local advocate. Hire an attorney in the area where the renter may be sued. I agree with Mr. Slater, obtain an attorney who is not scared of litigation (will sue). But, I think the issue may be fraud rather than collections based on your few facts.
Good luck to you.
