Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Hello, I want to start a internet business and i want to know do you need people permission to upload photos of people without there knowledge?

P.S It will mostly be them uploading there own pictures but it will be know way for me know if its them or someones else doing it.

What you will need is a Terms of Use agreement for the website and a "click-wrap" agreement for users which prohibits uploading of photos that contain intellectual property and provides a release of liability to you as the site owner. You also may have some obligation to police the site for copyright infringement so as not to condone, acquiesce in or enable copyright infringement or other illegal acts.
