start online retail business

I am looking for an attorney who can walk me through the process of setting up legal business documents, registering in state, EIN etc. etc for an online retail business. I have a really low budget so someone who can work with me would be greatly appreciate it.

The process is too complicated for this type of forum. You will need to talk to or sit down with a business attorney and he/she will be able to walk you through the process and answer any questions. I would be happy to do that with you as well. Many attorneys handle incorporations/LLC formations on a relatively inexpensive flat fee basis.
