Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I started a business with my boyfriend from my home. LLC with 50% ownership. We recently broke up and while I was gone he removed all related items from you home including computers, software and inventory. Can he get away with this? I financed the whole business but all the money is in a joint business account. What am I to do?

You would have to sue him under the terms of your LLC agreement for 50% of the value of the assets he took.
