Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I own and started a business and then I brought some people in to work for me. We had to buy a bunch of equipment to get The business going. After three or four months there was a falling out and one night some of the guys came into the business and took all of the equipment, even though it was meant for the business. How do I handle this I was under the impression that once we have it for the business thenthey could not just take it.

I'm not sure from your question who took the equipment. Was it your employees or your partners in the business or people who loaned you the money to purchase the equipment? If you have partners, then they have certain rights, but probably not the right to take the equipment. If you got a loan to purchase the equipment, then the lender may have the right to take the equipment back if you were not paying on it, but it depends on the paperwork you signed.
