Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I started a business with a friend. She was labeled President and I VP. She is now threatening to cancel all documents for the business because of personal issues. I have invested 100% of the funds in getting all paperwork for business and currently has a contract with a major company with the business information.
Can she be sued if she terminates the business without my aggreement?
