Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Hi,
I just started a new job and it requires alot of travel. If we drive 3 hours there and 3 hours back we only get paid for 4 hours at minimum wage. Is this legal?
PS I should probably clarify that we meet at the office and all go in a van.

Normally, employers need not provide transportation or pay for the commute to and from work.
