Starting a business: Debt Negotiation
Besides contracts, POA's and deciding corp structure, what legal issues might I face upon starting a new business negotiating debt(credit card, collections) on behalf of consumers?

There are federal and state statutes that regulate the collection of debts. You should become familar with those, to start.
