Re: starting a business
Not knowing what type of business you are starting, it is impossible to even guess fees or costs. However, in order to be successful, you should develop a team, including an attorney to give you legal advice and help you structure your business, and an accountant or enrolled agent to help you structure and plan for taxes and tax related matters.
Re: starting a business
Fees vary dramatically based on many factors. You should consult with an attorney and CPA to help you determine our business form and discuss the many ways to limit your liability.
Re: starting a business
It depends on the type of business and the lacation. Check with your local government (city and county) and with the state department of business regulation.
