Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Starting in-home daycare
I am plannig to start an in-home daycare. My land-lord said it was ok as long as we can make sure that she can not be held responsible if anything happens. I plan on making the parents sign a legal form stating that she can not be held responsible and has nothing to do with the daycare. Will this do or can the parents still go after my land lord?

Between that and providing insurance, that's about all you can do.
