Re: Starting an online business
You will need to register a business entity with the state and get occupational and tax licenses from the county and possibly the city. My firm focuses on startups and online commerce; so please feel free to contact me before you even choose a domain name for you new business. There are a lot of common problems you can avoid with just a little up front knowledge.
