Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
What is the statue of limitations on overtime wages if any in Florida? I worked for a company for almost a year. Got paid every two weeks with over time that they paid as "straight" time because they said their company was considered agricultural and florida was a right to work state with no requirement to pay over time

You have 2 years to commence an action to recover unpaid overtime wages under Florida law and the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (3 years under FLSA if the violation was willful). There is an overtime exemption for certain agricultural work. However, there are not enough details to determine if it applies to you and your employer. Right to work has nothing to do with It. Consult an employment attorney.
