Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I am a stockholder for a ranch in Colorado. The stockholder who owns the majority of the stock would like to sell the ranch. Is the attorney that I hire to represent me need to hold a license in Colorado?

Depending on where the corporation was formed and is maintained, it is likely that you need a Colorado licensed attorney, unless the corporate docs stipulate otherwise.
