Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
they stopped paying me
I provide services to someone who was injured at work and still hasn't settled. (cooking, cleaning, shopping, driving to the doctor etc.) The insurance company has been paying my bills for the past 3 years. The last letter I received from them said they are currently processing payment. They paid some of what they owe me and have sent nothing since.
What legal action can I take?

The claim belongs to the injured party. Tell that person that you need your money and for their attorney to obtain payment. You have no direct right of action from the carrier.
