Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I am a subcontractor who is not getting paid for work completed over 45 business days ago. I have called the General Contractor several times about payment and they say they have not been paid and the company that hired them is going out of business. What are my rights to get paid?

You should be able to go after the General Contractor for the amount owed to you. I would have to speak with you and review your contract to give you more specific advice. Regards,
