Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I am subleassing a space from a business office location. As agreed I have an electric sign outside the business on the top, was aproved by landlord and city, All compliaces were made. My electric responsibility by contract with the leasing person is 1/3 of the bill. About 4 months ago thay start to shut down the electric for my sign (sabotaging my electric sign) how can I value in money and stress and anything else cost me the sabotage situation? My sign cost me $2,200.00 including city permits, work material installation, etc. I started in this place December 19, 2008 and I have i year contract which ends on December, 19, 2009. Please guide me the best you can. I thing, after this situation a have to move out on December.

You will not be able to claim emotional distress damages in this situation. Actual money out of your pocket is what you will be able to claim as damages. The claim would be for breach of contract.
