Can i Sue Ebay?

i want to know if i can sue ebay for everything they put me through iam sick of people getting pushed around and ran over with ebay and iam one of them all they have on here are scammers they set up a site for scammers to scam people and in the long run they dont refund your money for the scammers messing up your auction for example i have a computer for 1000.00 and it up for buy it now it cost me 12.00 to list it for 7 days i put it on 3 hrs later someone bought it now and the auction is over the scammer does not pay and ebay just made 12.00 off me and wont refund my money they done this to me with the same item 5 times in a row and thats just with 1 item iam sick of it ebay is a place for scammers and major fraud gather place for people to rip people off and ebay makes money because the scammer is makeing them 12.00 every time they buy it now and dont pay. this is stupid and i think that this is wrong whats going on and to me i talked to a lawyer in NY told him everyting and a little more and he said i have a case i just have to find someone in florida! so if anyone can help me please e-mail me

How convenient -- the lawyer who won't take your case says that you have a case. From your description, you don't have a claim aagainst eBay itself, although you probably have a case against the seller you are having problems with. Your damages, though, are not sufficient to where it would make economic sense to spend the money necessary to bring a claim with a lawyer.
