Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

I am being sued for not marrying a girlfriend

First I was sued for divorce by my ex-girlfriend, but we were never married. She began paying attorney to sue me. From a divorce proceeding to partition to breach of contract to marry. The worst part is that the Judge has stated to me that he is going to give her all of my possessions and my house. These are my belongings and I own them as a single person. The Judge has stated that he will not allow me to counterclaim, he will not allow me costs and sanctions for the frivolous suits against me, he has refused to allow me discovery, and he denies evey motion that I submit. What can I do. I filed a motion to recuse and he denied that without reason. I am now planning a Petition for Prohibition, but do not have much faith. Can anyone help?
