Sworn Affidavit
Can I amend a Sworn Affidavit? A lawyer place certain words on the affidavit which make it false, like often, frequently. It just doesn't make it sound thruthfull.

The answer to this question depends upon the use to which the Affidavit has been put. If it has not been submitted as truthful, an amendment may be possible. The attorney should be contacted prior to signature, and advised of the questions the affiant has. As always, a review of the specific document, and the facts and circumstances of its issuance would be required for a definitive answer.
