Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Thanks for taking time out to answer my question. Ok back in January of this year, I paid off my truck. But before I did that, I made a payment of $170.00 and the payment did not go clear because another company took money out of my account at the time, so I made another payment the next day of $125.00 with my checking account and took $50.00 in cash to the place that finance my truck. So now that my truck is paid off them saying that I owe them $170.00 more. But they didnt fix it on their end. And I have a voicemail where the MGR told me it was a mistake on their end. So what should I do?

Don't pay again for the truck. Express your objection to the company, and if necessary, to

the DMV if you don't get a clear title to your vehicle. Complain to the credit reporting agency.

Unfortunately, even for a relatively minor amount, some companies have a difficult time

correcting their errors, some of which are deliberate.
