Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
teen business
Hello, i just wanted to know if there was any law that says that i cannot open up a nightclub for teens around my own age, no drinking, no smoking, nothing at all just a small nightclub at my house, in my garage, with non-alcoholic drinks such as soda and juices/smoothies, and dancing due to curfew laws it will not be all night just untill the law allows it, so i wanted to know if it was allowed to have a teen nightclub in my garage and if i could charge a small entrance fee. Thank You, i houpe you can answer my question.

Generally there is no law prohibiting minors from operating legal businesses. You will likely face city/county/neighborhood zoning and ordinance issues though.
