Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Tenants Rights!
I am the owner of a retail business. My lease is soon to end (1/30/07) my landlord is sending a form to finalize the fact that I will not be renewing. She stated that she can bring future new tenants into my place of business to show off the space. Does she have that right? If so can I place restrictions?

Re: Tenants Rights!
Your lease should spell this out. The property may be shown on reasonable notice to the current tenant.
