Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Hello, i need Terms of Conditions of sale and services for our USA corporation but i didn't found it?
Please, can you send me the link to this agreements or make an offer for your services to create this terms for me?
On this terms if it possible i need also follow conditions for buyer:
No warranty by our corporation only manufacturer warranty (Only the corporation is commits himself by the laws to hold and the sale this obligated and duly to implement. For the support or warranty exchange simply the manufacturer is responsible, however not the corporation.).
By services there is no warranty and no requirement on compensation with losses or arising damage (through verschuden the customer, unexplainable or coincidental base, to damage those by the order of the customer to arise could or by unforeseeable features or weather disasters).
