Theft under $200. from retail store
I reordered 12 Fictional books from the Publishing Company.
The author came into my store and removed them, saying they were his.
Who owns the books, my store, or the author? Can he just remove them?

If you ordered from the publishing house that was authorized to publish the beeoks, then the books were yours. Contact the publishing house.
