theft
If you have been working for a Beer Distributor and are convicted of theft for stealing from that company can you get another job in the beer business working for a different wholesaler? What is Anheuser Busch's Law and what is SAB Miller's Law?

Your question asks about various company policies. They are not laws. Without reviewing the policies no meaningful answer can be provided. Nonetheless a propective employee's criminal record, when pertinent to the position to be filled, is proper to be considered.
