Your question is really too complicated to be addressed on such limited facts in this forum. Very briefly:

1) You will want an LLC or a corporation to protect your personal assets from collection; you will want advice whether to incorporate in FL or another state, such as Delaware.

2) You will want to protect your intellectual property and have all the legal 'bells and whistles' on your website, such as privacy policy and terms of use. (this is my specialty)

3) You probably do not need a license to sell across state lines unless interior designers are required to be licensed in any state.

4) There will be tax implications. (something I know nothing about)

I agree you need a plan, but you are not going to get a comprehensive list of steps or a flow chart in this forum. I suggest you schedule a consultation with a business law attorney in your area, and s/he will evaluate all your issues.

You need a book as well as an attorney, not just a quick answer. Start by researching business structures and creating a business plan. An attorney can create contracts and website policies.
