Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Trademark Copyrights
I'm orchestrating a show and I plan to copyright the name of the project. I have an artist that has drawn a logo for the business. Do I pay for the logo as a personal check or a business check. The business isn't copyrighted, so how would I go about doing that. What forms do I need if I purchase his logo if any?

Re: Trademark Copyrights
Get a contract showing that upon payment you own the logo, and that it was a work for hire by the artist. Then apply for the trademark in your state or federally, if your business will be between states.
