Legal Question in Business Law in Florida

Trademark and Domain Name
My husband and I own ''Traxx Entertainment'' and operate our mobile DJ business out of SE Florida since 11/2004. We recently recieved a letter from attorney Anna Tsang of Bervar & Jones out of Honolulu Hawaii accusing us of trademark infringement and unauthorized use of trademark. Ms. Tsang represents ''Trax Entertainment'' owner Jeff Fishman. * Note our company uses two x's. Jeff Fishman's company ''Trax Entertainment'' is a federally registered trademark and appears to be more of a production company. His website is is his company name dot com as is ours, however, the obvious difference is the double xx. The attorney's threatening letter indicates they will seek legal remedy if we fail to cease using our name and fail to transfer our domain name to them immediately.

* Can they really do this?
* Should we register our name immediately to protect our company?
* I do not believe should surrender our domain name - we own it! Seeking advice to resolve this matter fully and finally....

I would need to know more facts but you may have a way to avoid losing your domain.
