Transfering Of Stock
Can you transfer your full owner ship over to another partner without involving a lawyer or accountant with out having any problems in the future?
Meaning, giving your full stock away in just a letter, What do you do to make it leagal?

You can, however beware of tax implications. Also, if you are engaging in a fraudulent transfer there will be problems. I recommend consulting a lawyer on the matter. It should not cost as much as you think and will give you peace of mind.
