Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
If a treasurer of a non for profit organization failed to keep records of all money taken in or paid out and there was an IRS audit, would only the treasurer be liable or would the entire group of the organization be responsible for fines and penalties?

The entire organization is responsible if the treasurer was acting as an agent of the corp (even if negligent).
