Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Trust with religious clause
we live in florida and are in the
process of getting bought out of a
trust on a nursing home. In the trust
it says that my husband cannot have
access to the money if he marries
someone who is not Jewish, which I
am not. We were told that this is not
legally binding because it's control
from the grave or something. She
can withhold the payment if I'm not
jewish and the trust says that in
Florida??

Re: Trust with religious clause
I doubt it is enforceable.
