Tuition Reimburesment
I quit my job to take a better position. My old employer wants me to repay a tuition benefit. They state I have to work for them an additional two years past my graduation to not be responsible for back payment. Is this a binding agreement?

If that was your agreement, then i see no reason that it would not be binding.
