Unfair Treatment From Landlord
I am a tennant in a commerical development. I am being treated very unfairly from my landlord. They are telling me that I can't provide entertainment after a certain hour which is 10:00 p.m.! However, they allow 5 other Merchants to go until 2:00 a.m. in the morning. They have gone as far to force me to close early while imposing fines if a stay open later, even though they have given me permission to stay open until 2:00 a.m.!!! What are my options????

Go to court and either get out of the lease or try to enforce the lease.
