It sounds like you are asking whether an LLC that is formed in another state, but is not registered in Florida, can bring a lawsuit against another company in Florida. If I am understanding that question correctly, then the answer is no. A company cannot bring a lawsuit in the state of Florida if they have not registered their company with the state. However, they can be sued.
