Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Vehicle lease with an LLC.
We own an LLC that is a voice-over
production company that is based out
of our home. We do not travel or
commute for company business.
Could we lease a vehicle under the
company name and still have the tax
benefits?

You could have the tax benefits because you office in you certainly go to business dinners in restaurants to discuss businees and do other business driving that you haven't thought of...yet. Talk with a tax attorney or CPA or do research online to expand your perspective on this.
