Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Vehicles are regularly vandalized or stolen from the parking lot where I work, yet the business refuses to do anything. Do they have an obligation to there patrons and emplyees ? Is there any recourse ?

To a certain extent, businesses can be held liable for not keeping their patrons and employees safe. This is especially true if the occurrences are continuously being repeated.
