Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
verifiable communication usable in court
Is leaving a voice mail on a customers phone recorder even if that person does not respond a verifiable method of communication which can be used in court of law. Or in other words, the act of leaving a message on a ph recorder/voice mail usable to verify communication made to a client/customer. Would a receipt from the phone service company showing ph call made usable evidence for attempt(s) to contact a party usable in court.
