Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
how to void an operating agreement for an LLC
I was negotiating with a friend to become part of my LLC. I emailed them an operating agreement with my signature on it and without an expiration or a required amount of investment to receive equity. We have since decided not to go into business together, but that document is still out there. What type of document can I get my friend to sign that will void what I have emailed and avoid any problems in the future?
