Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Wages & Compensation
Our company used a payroll
processing company 2 pay periods
ago to run payroll. Can the payroll
processing company come after us,
the employees, if our boss owes
them money? Can they send us, the
employees to collections or report
negative comments on our credit
reports?
