Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Wanting to buy a small exsisting barber shop and need to find a lawyer to do the necessary paperwork to complete the transaction. I'm buying this in payments, no banks involved, I will be paying the owner a small monthly fee. Lease is transferrable to me. Very simple! How much would it cost to do the paperwork?

Sounds like $750, plus any costs. Costs are unknown at this time.
