Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
web advertising business
I am going to start a website that is going to charge businesses for advertising. Do I need to have a contract approved by the state? And is there any special forms I need to be able to take money?

You will need to pay taxes on your income and should probably use a company to limit your liability. You'll need contracts also. Let me know if you want us to help you with this, we have many clients in FL with online businesses.
