Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
I am a widow and started checking on my husbands pension from AT&T in May, 2012, this would be his 65th birthday. AT&T switched record keepers from Hewitt to Fidelity January, 2013, on all pensions. I was told this would not affect me getting the pension from when the process began. I have a confirmation statement dated 12-05-2012 stating the date you begin receiving benefits May 2012. I was told by Fedility that no I will not be getting the back pension. Do I have any rights to this money?(due to the switch to Fidelity, it was a madhouse dealing with Hewitt)
