Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
My wife has petitioned to relocate to Virginia. We are still married however she is relocating on the basis of a Coast Guard transfer of her partner who has received restationing orders. The judge has ruled in favor of my wife and I have an appeal. Because of solid testimony by the partner about infidelity, I reported her to the Coast Guard as I am legally entitled to do so. However the judge had an emergency ex-parti meeting without any official notification to me and ordered that all court documents be destroyed and ordered that my child be relocated to Virginia. I want my daughter with me. Help me
