Legal Question in Business Law in Florida
Will I break any type of trademark regulations if I use the word "Google" in the name of a mobile application I am developing? It would not read Google by itself, but something similar to "Google Search Pal". The app would not be recreating any of Google's existing services.

As a franchise attorney I can say the answer is yes. You can't infringe (use) another trademark or service mark without the owner's express consent. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
