Wills

My husband and I have our own home-based business. 5 years ago we incorporated our business. Do we need different forms for our last will and test. I just ordered wills for us that are titled '' married with adult children''. Is that the will we fill out? or do we need a different one for our buisness?

The provisions of that will you mention and your shareholders' agreement for the corporation should work together to express your will about what should happen with your property and the corp. in the event on someone's death.
